Shrimpies opened its doors on 4th Street in the heart of Blanco with a simple idea: build a place where people actually want to linger. Not rush through. Not sit at a separate table from their friends. Just… stay.
By day, we pour coffee, serve breakfast, and watch the morning crowd settle into their favorite corners. By night, the same space transforms — the lights dim, the music softens, and the bar takes over with cocktails that taste like the kind of evening you don't want to end.
We're not fancy. We're not trying to be. We're just a small café and bar in a small Texas town, doing our best to make every person who walks in feel like they belong.
